2017 Week 31 Overnight Almond Butter and Banana oatmeal

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/2 banana, mashed

1.5 Tbsp almond butter

Toppings:  chunks of Peanut Butter Cookie Larabar

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients (except for toppings) mixing well, cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning add your toppings and enjoy!
