2017 Week 31 Grilled Beer Chicken

INGREDIENTS

8 chicken breasts

1/3 cup ghee, melted

1 1/2 cups lemon juice

1 can beer – I used Land shark

2 -3 cloves minced fresh garlic

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine ghee, beer, lemon juice, garlic and lemon pepper.

2. Pour over chicken pieces, and cover; store in refrigerater 4-6 hours to marinate.

3. On a grill, barbecue pieces, brushing sauce over chicken as you turn them.

4. Grill about 15-20 mins per side.
